Office: Linked to the Victoria & London Bridge offices About the role Are you enthusiastic, good with people, organised and IT literate? We're looking for an effective communicator, coordinator and problem solver, who will manage and build relationships between our own staff, volunteers and schools into cohesive partnerships, ensuring that our network of volunteers expands and works confidently and effectively with local children. • You will be responsible for the successful management of the relationship and communications between Beanstalk, Reading Helpers and schools to ensure a cohesive partnership. • You will be responsible for the line management of Volunteer Support Workers whose role includes the coordination of Reading Helpers. •You will be an advocate for the importance and benefits of participation in Monitoring and Evaluation activities and will assist and encourage schools in their on-line completion.
